About Coach Meade

Coach Meade is committed to excellence and loves competition. He believes in taking pride in what you do, having resiliency, embracing adversity, being consistent, and never quitting. A fundamental component to his coaching philosophy is to be humble and respect yourself as well as those that want you to be successful. 

While playing football Coach Meade was a Brooklyn Skyhawk for 5 seasons to which he made three All Star appearances and brought home one championship. From there he went on to play in high school at Abraham Lincoln where he was on varsity for three years and a starter for two years. In four seasons his teammates held a record of 46 wins and only four losses! While at Abraham Lincoln High School, he and his teammates were two time PSAL NYC Champions. Coach Meade was ranked the top 15 safety in the state via Max Preps, he was an All-Brooklyn All Star, played in the New Jersey vs New York All-Star Game, and received All-City Honorable Mention. Coach went on to play at Buffalo State College.

Coach Meade went back to coach for his alma mater, Abraham Lincoln High School, and has been there four years now as the Defensive Backs Coach and Assistant Defensive Coordinator. He has a coaching record of 19-3. In two seasons his defense has created 13 interceptions, six fumble recoveries and five shutouts! Coach Meade also leads Abraham Lincolns NYC UPTOP National 7 on 7 Travel Team as they travel around the country playing other schools.
